getting in shape...

Okay...I'm officially going to step it up and get in better shape.  I want to lose 7 pounds by the end of summer so exercising 5 days a week needs to happen. (This morning I ran 2.44 miles! Yeah!) My diet can use a little adjusting as although I eat a lot of vegetables, I think I need more calcium and fruit.  I'm good in the water department as I drink at least 64 oz of water daily but could also benifit from lifting some weights.  I'm going to document my progress weekly on Tuesday to make myself more accountable.  Let's see how this goes!
