a thought on running...

Today was what I would call a "humid" run.  I got a later start than I like, 6, and it was quite humid which is sometimes nice as I find my muscles relax.  Anyway, I ran 3.28 miles which was good, but my goal is to run 5 miles easily by the middle of July.  That is very doable but what I need to do is get a running schedule made so I have a plan.  Oh, another summer goal of mine is to lose a few pounds which should happen faster if I increase my running distance sooner.  Ohhhh, I would be a disaster if I did not work out at my age.
