I got out of bed around 6:15 today to tidy the kitchen before I was off for my 3.28 mile run. This weeks long run is 4 miles. Nick left a bit after me and when I came home, I cleaned Nick's level (his room, the family room and bathroom) as this weekend he lounged down there a lot and I don't like to bother him. (I try to give him space as he is close to be turning 25. Yikes!) Then, Brian and I were off to pick up a check he left in his glove compartment at the prison. As it was for 2 weeks of work, he did not want it in his car so that was done so his mind would be at ease. Then, I mailed back 2 belts to Country Outfitter, stopped in Ace for a hose sprayer and Jewel. We hosed the garage down as well as our outside stairs, took down 5 bird's nests that were under our deck, cleaned the Traeger and Lowes was called to get someone out here to look at our leaking window. A rib rub was made and the ribs were rubbed down before Brian left to hit golf balls, I finished some things in the kitchen and then balanced our bank accounts. Today was a good day and much was done by the two of us.
