happy easter weekend...

After cleaning our home, I'll be prepping some food to bring to Lake Geneva on Saturday to celebrate Easter with my mom and dad.  On the menu is...
  • lamb chops bushed with oil and seasoned with salt, pepper and rosemary and then topped with mint jelly or horseradish
  • roasted potatoes with rosemary and tossed with Feta cheese and diced scallions
  • Greek Salad
  • peas
  • lime blueberry tiramisu
  • wine
Lovely and looking forward to a sweet afternoon with Sarah and Chris and my mom and dad!
