it's as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7...

I read this advice on my new favorite blog,  Skinny Mom .  The article simply said, "'s time to make some changes to improve your overall health, happiness and well-being.  Over the next 30 days, follow these 7 simple tips to ensure you start spring off on your happiest and healthiest foot." 
Well, all you need to do is...

1.  Take Your Multi-Vitamin.
2.  Minimize Processed and Junk Foods.
3.  Drink Smarter (meaning more water and green tea).
4.  Move More.
5.  Practice Better Posture.
6.  Do Yoga or Meditate.
7.  Be Kind(er).
