what do you do to go on..,.

As I have been more than horrible about exercising lately, today I think I've moved on.  I found 2 races to register to run in, printed out a 5 month calendar and filled in my daily workout routine via Hal Higdon's training schedules.  Seriously, not working out over the holidays has been scary for me as I am liking it, but this should get me back on track. I can be rather disciplined when I'm on a schedule, but once I'm off one, it is moooore than hard to resume healthy behaviors daily. I'm thinking today's tasks will help.
