success...

Yeah, I worked out 3 days this week and next week, I start my training for an 8K race.  That means I have a 6 day a week schedule which I will follow with some changes, I'm sure, which is absolutely fine.  The important thing is I'm back to a weekly routine which I don't want to stop because it is sooooo difficult to start again!
