I must admit, no working out again this week. My excuse: the two below freezing days and just getting back to work after being off for 18 days. It seems like the people I know who really do work out regularly are like me, not at this time which is somewhat comforting I guess. I did make a 5 month work out schedule, crazy I know and I signed up for an 8K race in March so I am making some efforts to get going. Things have to change sooner rather than later or it's going to get sad around here!
