Could you or would you do it turn off your cell phone and computer and every other electronic device for an entire day once a week? I'm going to try it tomorrow. No social media, but I'll need to keep my phone on as we do not have a land line. I think this sounds wonderful because as I have said before, I know I waste time on my computer.
