did this today...


I have been horrible about getting back into an exercise routine. When I was training for the 15K, I did not waver.  Daily, I followed the schedule and felt wonderful as I was both strong and fit.  After the race, I gave myself some needed rest, started running again and then, Bam!!! It was too cold to run outside and I was not enjoying the gym.  Yesterday, I talked to a co-worker who also ran in the Hot Chocolate Race and I discovered she was feeling unmotivated too, not working out either and feeling a bit guilty as well.  Today, we promised each other, "No Excuses!" so it is 4:59 and I am dressed for the health club on what I believe is the coldest morning yet this fall.  I'm not feeling happy, but I'm ready to go!
