Well, not to be repetitive but my week was again insane. Productive, but insane so when I walked in our home today, I found myself breathing deeply as I was very grateful to be home. Brian suggested going out, but I had Italian roast beef slow cooking in the oven all day that smelled amazing and I also bought "french fries" to bake in the oven. Does anyone else do that these days, buy frozen French Fries to bake in the oven? That being said, we're staying home and looking forward to a dinner and fire and some television. Then, cleaning up our yard and putting away patio furniture and going through closets to organize and sorting clothes tomorrow. Other than a ton of papers to grade, I'm going to keep things balanced this weekend which looks to be cold.
