I hope you had a nice weekend. I...- got an early start Saturday, 5:30 a.m., and cleaned and grocery shopped and planned my weeks menu.
- text Sarah to which her a fun, long weekend. Chris and her and an Elmhurst family flew to Florida to enjoy the beach and the pool and the warm sun.
- bought a few cute pieces of clothes at H & M and was especially happy to get a fresh pair of black, skinny jean. I bought the same ones last year, only $10.95, and they were great. I should have bought 2 pairs as there were two in my size.
- enjoyed a relaxing college football afternoon with Brian and Nick before going to Wok and Fire.
- graded papers.
- ran a bit over 6 miles in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Yes!
- made Greek Chicken and roasted potatoes and a Tuscan dish called Sausage and Radicchio Orecchiette.
- loved the cool weather on Sunday and wore one of my new, cozy outfits.
- took a pic of Nick and friends as they returned from an afternoon of paintball. Niko, from two doors down, was enthralled by them and
