- enjoyed a Mexican fiesta with my guys on Friday which was really delicious and fun. All agreed the Pulled Pork Taquitos with Chipotle-Ranch Dipping Sauce was restaurant "good".
- did a ton of cleaning on Saturday and then ran errands. The inside and outside of our home looks sparkling and very fall like.
- waited to see Nick's latest purchase; a glock. Does it bother us? No, as we know Nick is very responsible and he loves shooting for a hobby. In fact, he went "paintballing" with Colby and Chris on Sunday. Brian and I did, however, insist Nick purchase a safe for that gun and his ammunition. He had already planned to do just that which was comforting as he knows we really are not gun people.
- did a 5 plus run on Sunday morning. I was a bit out of sorts later in the day as I was tired but "Yeah" for me as I did it.
- made my favorite comfort meal to end our weekend; braised beef ribs with mashed potatoes and rosemary peas.
