Record heat Tuesday?

The unseasonable, late season heat may set a new record for the date surpassing the 1983 benchmark of 95-degrees! via Chicago Weather Center

Our district closed the 3 elementary schools with no air conditioning and our 2 middle schools will dismiss at noon today due to the heat.  Let me say that when I walk near the gym area where there is no air, it is stifling.  Not a safe condition for our kids.  Stay cool!
