What a beautiful morning! Nick came home and was quite happy with how he made it through Friday night, his Monday, ate and then went to bed. He only shared one crazy story with me about a girl he found sleeping under a bus. Me, after plant watering and making a pretty fruit salad with grapes, strawberries, mango and apple, I'm going to plan my dinner. Last night, I said I was not going to cook today as I have made 3 double meals this week, one for us and one for the family I was helping, but I am so in the mood for a burger and spicy cole slaw that I might just go back on my word. Then, off for a mani/ pedi! Yeah!
