green salsa chicken...


Sarah gave me this recipe and it was amazing.  My guys could not believe how scrumptious it was as it took less than 5 minutes to prepare.  I served it in tortilla shells with some cheese and topped them with sour cream, scallions and a bit more salsa; homemade red salsa to be exact.  A real Tuesday night hit!

Green Salsa Chicken via Sarah
  • Salt and pepper chicken breasts
  • Put them in a crock pot (I cooked them in the oven just because Brian like things oven baked!)
  • Top with green salsa
  • Cumin: I wasn't sure if I was to sprinkle in on the chicken or add it to the salsa which I did.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours
