my new favorite app...

MapMyRun GPS Running app is my new favorite.  I love that it reports to me when I run a mile and the time and then logs my workout as well as my daily food intake if I choose.  My new goal is to work out 5 times a week for the next 5 weeks and seeing my progress on a monthly calendar makes me feel more accountable.  Success so far this week...3 out of 3 days are completed!
