Yesterday, I asked Nick if he was in the mood for a nice meal and he quickly agreed to my now famous "Greek Chicken in a Skillet" meal.  After a quick trip to Jewel, I walked in the door and Nick and I had the chicken, potato wedges and carrots in our skillet and oven within 30 minutes, a definite record.  I then proceed to make a basil sauce, salad with blue cheese crumbles and bread as Brian and I decided on pasta.  A real Thursday Night Cook-a-Thon!
