it's crunch time...

I want to lose a few pounds and get firmer before I go to Jonesboro, so it's crunch time.  Yesterday, I did great at work.  Munching on celery happened often and my snack when I came home was popcorn.  Dinner portion control is my motto and this morning, off to the health club for day 3 of workouts this week.  Good!!!  This really is not a difficult goal as it's all about following my New Year's Resolutions and being true to eating healthy. Five weeks to make a small change.  Will it happen?
