
Things I want to remember...
- I feel really good after working out and horrible when I don't.
- I don't like to write in a journal so I need to stop trying to journal.
- Worring get me worked up and nervous so I must stop.
- I deeply love and care about my Brian and Sarah and Chris and Matt and Jenny and Nick.
- I do like to eat healthy and when I don't, I feel guilty.
- Reading is one of my favorite past times.
- My feelings get hurt easily so I need to keep things in perspective.
- I like to be alone.
- People only let you see what they want you to see.
- Relaxing with my husband is a good thing.
- Cleaning makes me just smile.
- I need to forget the past and not worry about the future and just live in the now.
