Things I want to remember...
  • I feel really good after working out and horrible when I don't.
  • I don't like to write in a journal so I need to stop trying to journal.
  • Worring get me worked up and nervous so I must stop.
  • I deeply love and care about my Brian and Sarah and Chris and Matt and Jenny and Nick.
  • I do like to eat healthy and when I don't, I feel guilty.
  • Reading is one of my favorite past times.
  • My feelings get hurt easily so I need to keep things in perspective.
  • I like to be alone.
  • People only let you see what they want you to see.
  • Relaxing with my husband is a good thing.
  • Cleaning makes me just smile.
  • I need to forget the past and not worry about the future and just live in the now.
