I cannot wait until tomorrow and then, Spring Break!
I'm looking forward to getting through today at work and coming home to make Mushroom Stroganoff (Delicious!) and maybe some Apricot Oat Bars. Tomorrow is a team day so we are doing a few fun things with the kids and our sweet Sara is coming for a visit with her 20 month old twins. Also planned on Friday is our traditional Pot Luck Lunch which is always fun as my team and I just talk and visit and graze whenever we can. Time off is just around the corner!
