Obtain a Handicap Sticker and this turned out to be a 3 hour task as the doctor and state are involved so the university needs can be met.
Result: Handicap Sticker obtained so Nick will now be able to pull into a handicap space at the Student Center Parking Lot and a golf cart will meet him to take him to and from class.
