I hope you had a nice weekend. I...
- enjoyed an early Friday night out with Brian in Geneva. We went for a drink and listened to music and then shared a pasta dish at Stockholms. Really fun as we do not go out much!
- woke up Saturday to significant snow...brrrrrrr.
- thought of Nick all day as he was in Texas playing a game.
- cleaned and then ran some errands before Brian came home from a seminar.
- made delicious smash burgers for our Saturday night dinner!
- was relieved when a 4:45 a.m. text from Nick arrived on Sunday morning to say he was back at school.
- went to Ream's for some pinwheels and beef short ribs and hot dogs.
- read cookbooks by the fire in the afternoon as we watched golf and basketball.
- enjoyed some of the Super Bowl with my husband before calling it a night.
