tuesday's task...

...To make it through Day 2 of my new eating plan at work. 
Yesterday, it was not difficult.  I had a Kefir smoothie for breakfast, a huge bowl of Skinny Soup for lunch which so filled me up that I did not eat a 2:30 snack and all my water was gone when I went home at 4:30.  I'm ready to forge ahead!
