My Matt loves to cook and I will say, he makes wonderful dishes. This one, however, is a bit alarming to me and I actually was not sure what in the heck this was at first. A goose? A rooster? No, it's a chicken, but my question is why would you want a chicken with a head and it's feet still on it? I could not eat this as the claws are just freaking me out!
