
I am going to begin my next life change...no sugar or boxed or bagged snacks. Wow! Can I be true and do it? The sugar won't be a huge issue for me, but I do like crackers and my new favorite snack; pumpernickel pretzels. They are just delicious! Well, this should help me reach my 5 lb. weight loss goal which I set for myself because when that happens, I am treating myself to a thirty-one work bag!
