I love pottery as artists will often say that pottery is "living pieces of art". For Christmas, Sarah and Chris gave me this sweet mug made by their neighbor, John, whose business is Earth In Hand Clay Works. He and his wife, Sue, are both artists and they make vases and bowls and cups and jewelry. I love their pieces and each year, since the H's have lived in Elmhurst, I have received one the the Nester's works of art. They are so special to me and last night, I enjoyed tea in my new mug. It was lovely!
