I hope you had a nice weekend. I...
- thought about Nick daily and nightly and constantly in hopes that he survives his Country Thunder marathon weekend.
- listened to some incredible thunder rumbling across the sky.
- stamped some cards to send out.
- walked under an umbrella with Brian as it rained on Sunday at the French Market where we bought fresh corn, heirloom tomatoes, dill, basil and baby asparagus. Mmmm.
- made penne pasta with roasted onions and butternut squash, goat cheese and toasted walnuts.
- sat on our deck on Sunday afternoon as it was beautiful outside.
- went to look at a river house that is for sale. (Probably not for us as it needed work (That was o.k.), but it was also very close to the river and in a not so appealing area. There were many cars and vans and junk in people's yards.)
