Our Monday was very busy. I cleaned, as I have not done that in over a week because I was not going to waste any of Brian and my "stay-cation" time. Also accomplished by me today was doing multiple loads of laundry, washed the sheets on all beds, made a trip to the store for some ingredients for a new recipe, Zucchini-Quinoa Lasagna, made sandwiches for Nick for the next few days which has become a ritual as well as put together some fresh, cold vegetable dishes so our produce does not spoil. Brian worked all day, met with Matt about his car and then went to a car "place" to fill his with freon as the air conditioning was not cold and it is hot! I was and am tired as we have not gotten up at 3:45 a.m. for 10 days! Back to reality! The only saving grace was I talked to both Sarah and Nick extensively today...I missed not connecting with them lately.
