resolution up date....

Here is my report on how I am doing sticking to my 2011 resolutions...
  1. Exercise four times a week - Succeeded 2 weeks in a row; the others I exercised only 3 days/week.
  2. Journal daily - Not there yet; but if I count blogging which is my "forever journal" - success!
  3. Stay up to day with my new doctor - Yes, but this has not been a choice; it has been a necessity.
  4. Register fora Yoga class - I start on February 24th.
  5. Eat more food from plants and trees -  Yesterdays dinner was wheat pasta with green lentils, leaks and baby spinach.
Not bad for month number 1!
