resolutions...

I hope you have made some resolutions for the 2011 year as I really do believe that setting goals is always a good thing in life.  I resolve to:
  • continue to exercise four times a week.
  • journal daily.
  • stay up to date with my new doctor.
  • register for a Yoga class as my sister-in-law bought me some beginning needed supplies and gave me money for my first class.
  • eat more food from plants and trees.


Five resolutions is a good number and I will be reporting my progress in February!
