- continue to exercise four times a week.
- journal daily.
- stay up to date with my new doctor.
- register for a Yoga class as my sister-in-law bought me some beginning needed supplies and gave me money for my first class.
- eat more food from plants and trees.
Five resolutions is a good number and I will be reporting my progress in February!
