taking care of yourself...

I was thinking today of what I do on a weekly basis to stay physically and emotionally healthy and it seems to me that I do a lot. I am wondering if others think daily about staying healthy or if they just go about their day and deal with issues as they come?  That is probably the better way to live, but I have always been a worrier.  Well, here is my list.

I...
  • listen to "spa" music.
  • take multiple supplements like flax seed, fish oil, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin D  and many others to promote good health.
  • take pictures to remember moments.
  • avoid watching television.
  • drink herbal tea.
  • read.
  • reflect on how to stay positive by reading tips that I have posted and framed.
  • exercise 4 times per week.
  • take the stairs at work.
  • journal at home.
  • try to say "no" at work to reduce my stress level.
  • think of others and try to show them kindness by my actions.
  • blog.
  • lunch with friends..
  • plan outings or dinners with my family.
  • reflect on my day.
  • read  health tips.
  • cook and try to eat balanced meals.
  • talk to my husband and kids.
Does this seem over the top to you?  What do you do daily to keep yourself in good health?
