my new year resolutions...

This year I will...
  • eat fruit daily and continue to eat more plants.
  • take a knitting class.
  • exercise for 35 minutes 4 times a week.
  • "Pay it Forward" once a month.
(I like these resolution as they are a combination of commitments that will keep me healthy physically, emotionally and spiritually.)
