- enjoyed our Bears, Beer and Barefoot Contessa's Beef Brisket Sunday get together with Sarah and Chris (Matt did not make it as he was under the weather!).
- shopped for brown dinner plates at our local Goodwill (Score!).
- made some tasty dinners and the Beef Brisket with Onions and Carrots is a must to try as it is simply wonderful.
- loved the beautiful, warm weekend weather...what a treat!
- was in awe with Nick's story about one of his friends who ran out on the football field in his underwear at the Saturday game (I have a photo but have been sworn to secrecy as he is from St. Charles!)
