I hope you had a nice weekend. I...
- made Pumpkin Stuffed Ricotta Shells and Mexican Slow Cooked Pork Carnitas which was amazing.
- went to downtown Elmhurst with Sarah where I bought a pretty gold serving plate and bowl in a thrift shop and a cute shirt and scarf in a boutique before we found our way to an outdoor area of a restaurant where we shared some wine and appetizers.
- corrected all my tests and grades are entered.
- had a nice conversation with Nick who is doing well in school and sounds wonderful.
- wrapped up Brian's gift...only 5 more days till his special day and began planning his birthday dinner.
- stopped often daily to look around outside as the weather was nothing short of spectacular.
