Sarah and Nick the Thursday before our wedding...
We had a lovely weekend with Nick. I made his favorite dinners; steak, sweet potatoes, broccoli, stuffed Cornish hens, gravy, appetizers, pasta and bought, of course, chocolate milk, this time organic. Nick went with me grocery shopping and to Northern with his "bff", Chris, to see other St. Charles's friends. There was much talk between the three of us, we call ourselves the "Three Musketeers". What Brian and I have recently discovered was we are talking, now, to a young adult who is growing, changing, and thinking about his future.
