jalapeno poppers....

We just took our baby back ribs off the grill and put on our Jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon.  This is a hot snack that my boys love; Nick eats the entire pepper often in one bite, which is not a pretty sight. The appetizer is very easy to make, spicy and fun!




Jalapeno Poppers Wrapped in Bacon

• Slice open the jalapenos.
• Scrape the seeds out with a spoon being careful not to touch your eyes.
• Stuff with shredded cheese.
• Wrap with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
• Put on the grill until the bacon is crisp and the cheese has melted.
