I am always working to be healthy. This morning I read about 5 simple tips Dr. Oz suggests all should follow to live longer.
Dr. Oz’s 5 Rules for Health
•Get your blood pressure to 115/75.
•Do not smoke cigarettes. Ever. & Avoid toxins while you are at it.
•You need to get 30 minutes of exercise every single day.
•Find a healthy diet that is easy-to-love.
•Control your Stress.
This certainly seems doable so today, commit to making one change to improve your health! I will!
