have you heard of the chia seed...



Of course you have! Remember the ever so popular chia pet? Well, the seed that you used to spread all over the clay figure is now a popular seed to add to your diet. It is said that it will boost both your endurance and energy. The seed will help maintain and regulate cholesterol and blood pressure and improve digestion as it is rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, and potassium. Chia seeds are all natural and is now being incorporated into my daily diet. More to follow!
